There’s nothing like the cool, fresh taste of mint… especially in a chocolatey smoothie! Mint is great for digestion and is a folk remedy for headaches, nausea, and asthma.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk (or 2 cups distilled water and 1/3 cup almonds)
  • 3 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/3 cup raw carob powder
  • 1 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey
  • 3 mint leaves

Directions

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or other powerful blender and blend until creamy.
