We must stop dental mercury pollution at its source: dental offices that use amalgam.

Mercury in amalgam fillings enters the environment by many unsound pathways – when bodies with amalgam are cremated or buried, when dental mercury-contaminated human waste goes to wastewater treatment plants, when sewage sludge containing dental mercury is spread on agricultural land as fertilizer.... even when amalgam is being "recycled"!

To put the brakes on this out-of-control environmental hazard, we must stop dental mercury pollution at its source: dental offices that use amalgam.
