Feeling droooopy lately??
Have you tried green smoothies 2-3 times a day?
I find they give me lots of nutritional value and adding E3Live or Perfect Food helps round out all the powdered food ingredients and includes probiotics (Perfect Food does, anyhow), so I don’t feel hungry till about 3 p.m.

If you have kale,, mixe greens, arugula, sorrell growing in your garden, they are the BEST to use in your smoothies!
Here’s MY favorite recipe:
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
2 hands full of mixed baby greens, spinach, romaine or
1 handfull of kale or swiss chard
1 whole avocado (remove pit and peel and put rest in blender)
1 kiwi (peeled and chunked)
2 stalks celery
1/2 zucchini (save rest for salad for lunch)
1/2 to a whole banana or any fresh fruit in season
Herbamare or Trocomare – seasoning
Liquify and drink immediately!
Best used within 15 minutes so enzymes are still active and working FOR your digestion!
