Feeling droooopy lately??

green-smoothie-in-blenderHave you tried green smoothies 2-3 times a day?
I find they give me lots of nutritional value and adding E3Live or Perfect Food helps round out all the powdered food ingredients and includes probiotics (Perfect Food does, anyhow), so I don’t feel hungry till about 3 p.m.
Sustained energy is the BEST result of the smoothies for me!
Check out  my new book “What’s In Your Lunch Bucket?”  because it has a full page of smoothie recipes, another page of juice combinations, and still another page of nut milk recipes.  Hopefully you will like some of those recipes and find they help sustain your energy better!
If you have kale, swiss chard, mixe greens, arugula, sorrell growing in your garden, they are the BEST to use in your smoothies!
Here’s MY favorite recipe:
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
2 hands full of mixed baby greens, spinach, romaine or bibb lettuce
1 handfull of kale or swiss chard
1 whole avocado (remove pit and peel and put rest in blender)
1 kiwi (peeled and chunked)
2 stalks celery
1/2 zucchini (save rest for salad for lunch)
1/2 to a whole banana or any fresh fruit in season
Herbamare or Trocomare – seasoning
Liquify and drink immediately!
Best used within 15 minutes so enzymes are still active and working FOR your digestion!
