2 cups Edensoy Carob
1/4 cup organic smooth unsalted peanut butter
1 cup crushed ice
1 tsp organic maple syrup
2 whole fresh mint leaves, finely chopped for garnish
Place all ingredients except the mint leaves in a blender and pulse several seconds until the peanut butter dissolves. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a sprinkle of chopped mint leaves.
