This is a brilliant smoothie that every single person I give it to, falls in love with it. It’s so good! Here are some things to note… You can sub a banana for one of the apples if ya want to change it up a bit. Also, don’t blend it all the way. Instead, just blend until it’s chunky so you’re eating it with a spoon.

3/4 cup filtered water
2 cups spinach, gently packed
2 cups chopped apples (usually 2 medium or large apples)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Blend all of the ingredients, except for the chia seeds, but only briefly blend. Chunky is good because this way you can eat it with a spoon, and, by blending less, it helps prevent too much oxidation (or so I hear). Place the chia seeds in a cup, pour the smoothie in, and stir it up. Enjoy the alkalizing energy.
