Warm and Raw Cheezy Kelp Pasta

Gluten free, dairy free, grain free!
Servings: 2
1 package of sea tangled kelp noodles
1/4 cup of nut cheese (recipe below)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Himalayan salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Coconut Aminos or organic Tamari or Nama Shoyu
1-1/2 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
Black pepper to taste
Mix everything together and put in dehydrator for 1 hour or in oven at lowest possible temperature with door propped open for 1 hour or less.
Nut Cheese
1 cup of raw cashews
1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic
1/2 of juice from small lemon
Himalayan salt to taste
3/4 cup of water
Put all ingredients into blender to make a thick cream.
