Today’s smoothie is: 2 small bananas, 1 cup cherries, 1 lime, 1 inch fresh aloe gel, 1 scoop rice protein powder, 1 teaspoon dulse flakes, 1/2 head romaine lettuce and 2 medium stalks of celery.
Benefits: Dulse flakes are dried seaweed. They’re an excellent source of iodine. Aloe aids with digestion and celery may help lower cholesterol.
