Let spring cleaning start from within – with a LIVER CLEANSE!

Add some liver scrubbing greens to your juice or smoothie combination, such as: dandelion, mustard, radish tops or sprouts, milk thistle, parsley, cilantro, arugula, or other bitter or spicy herbs. Add ½ a lemon and some fresh ginger or turmeric, too. If yo…u can take the heat, try ¼ tsp cayenne or part of a hot pepper. Beets are also an excellent liver detoxifier, and make a great liver cleansing soup base.

Don’t forget to have your wheatgrass juice, too! ;)

What’s your favorite LIVER CLEANSE?

I have been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver. I had an ultrasound to confirm. Along the way, they saw I had a slightly enlarged…?? Are these related? Will a simple fatty Xanthoma liver cause that? Also, with the enlarged adenoids , does this mean I can no longer weight lift?

I have been diagnosed with fatty infriltration of the liver. My question is,” should there be pain with this condition?” It is just a mild ache under my right ribs, rib cage pain and goes around to my back. It happens within minutes after I eat. I do not consume alcolol at all, I am about 20 lbs. over weight and have lost about 6 lbs in the past 6 weeks. I am on a low fat diet. My doctor recommended “Weight Watcher” , but at this time I cannot afford it.

First you need to do a liver cleanse! http://www.curezone.com (or org) and select the one that resonates with you. Even children can get fatty liver, especially with a high fat diet or from eating a lot of friend foods.
If you’ve never done a liver cleanse, drink apple juice for 3-5 days BEFORE you do the cleanse, to soften liver and gall stones (even kidney stones) and make it easier for your body to eliminate better on the first cleanse.

After your cleanse, drink a green smoothie 2-3 times a day and/or fresh juice and eat LOTS MORE raw foods. There are SO MANY websites that now have raw food recipes – there’s NO EXCUSE! I even have 2 raw foods recipe books here on my site, plus newsletters on Sprouting and Food Dehydration! Look under the Products tab.

Slightly enlarged… what?? What does enlarged adenoids have to do with weight lifting. Really WEIRD questions… not worthy of an answer, IMO.
Swelling and inflammation in the body are caused mainly by: (therefore should be eliminated from your diet!!)
    DAIRY
    BREAD/CEREALS
    SUGAR
Do a thorough liver cleanse (or 2-3, spread out months apart) and get on with your life!
Eat more raw fresh everything and eliminate greasy, fried foods, anything processed,
all canned and bottled anything… frozen is better if you HAVE to eat anything processed…
but make it veggies, fruits, etc.
