Raw Apple Cinnamon Oat Bars

Raw APPLE CINNAMON OAT Bars
from Raw Vegan Recipe Exchange

In a food processor, grind 1 c each: almonds, walnuts, oats; 1/2 c dried apples

In a high speed blender: 2 c apples, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 c ground flax, 1 TB lemon juice, 1/4 c honey (or dates)

Mix nut and fruit mixtures together, spread on a teflex sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees (or your preference); flip bars after 6 hours and continue to dehydrate until desired texture. Enjoy! :)
