Most of you have probably heard of the swine flu outbreak in Mexico
that is now spreading in the USA.
Over 60 deaths in Mexico out of 1,000 cases of flu.

Get good nutrition, organic fruits and vegetables.
Do not eat sugar, it paralyzes your immune system for hours after consumption.
Wash your hands often.
Don’t hang out with crowds, just stay home for a while.

I would never take another vaccine in my life.
